Brief Answer:
The ureteric stone should be excluded

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As per your description, it could be Ureteric stone.

The stone tries to move down in the Ureter. Due to the movement of stone in a narrow ureter, there will be a pain. I suggest an Antispasmodic tablet containing Dicyclomine to my patients with similar complaints.

Another possibility is Appendicitis.
An Ultrasound Abdomen will give a clue and will differentiate the above two 'conditions.
Please consult a Surgeon/Urologist and proceed further.

Not to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.

Wish you good health.
Regards
