After going for a medical report provided by you I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that the report is saying neoplastic mass which means there is a mass of newly developed cells.

Note This can be benign or malignant which means these new cells may or may not be cancerous.

It’s advisable that you should personally consult a urologist as further testing will be required to identify the nature of these newly developed mass of cells and to decide the treatment part.
