Brief Answer:
Please give additional information

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
Since when are the hemorrhoids present?
Is there any pain? If yes, is it continuous or only after passing stool?
Any bleeding?
Any treatment/management?
Any other information please.

Awaiting for your feedback.

Brief Answer:
As detailed below.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Infected hemorrhoids have continuous and severe pain.
Makes sitting and walking almost impossible.
There will be redness over the hemorrhoids.

The picture shows redness on and around hemorrhoids indicating a possibility of local dermatitis.
The large on seen on the left side of the picture is indicative of thrombosis that cause intermittent pain that is on and off pain.

I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Sitz bath in a tub with warm water.
Laxatives to keep the stool soft.
Proctoscopy by a General Surgeon or Proctologist to know the exact grade of the hemorrhoids so that proper further management can be done for cure.

I hope this answer helps you. Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.

Long sitting could have caused this.

Hi,

Long sitting seems to have caused this.
Syringe could have caused problems immediately if caused any trauma.
