Brief Answer:
Wart, get it removed by electrocautery

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
It seems to be a wart which is a viral infection.
I would recommend you to consult a dermatologist and get it removed by electrocautery.
It is a minor procedure requiring 15 -20 minutes.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

There are no home remedies

Detailed Answer:
There are no home remedies.
You can try a solution containing lactic acid and salicylic acid like salex L solution on the affected area twice daily for 2-3 weeks.
It is a keratolytic agent and helps in removing it.
I don’t know whether it is available as over the counter in your country.
It is not very contagious.
You avoid sharing of your shoes, socks and towel.
