Brief Answer:
Regarding wart

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

A wart itself is an infection caused by a virus- Himan Papilloma Virus(HPV). However, wart may get secondarily infected with bacteria which is suspected if it has recently become painful, the area has become swollen, red and there is purulent or sero- purulent discharge.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.

Brief Answer:
Use topical antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
thank you.
In the image it seems crusted from dried secretions. I suggest you to just use the topical antibiotic e.g either Neosporin ointment or Mupirocin ointment, twice daily for a week.
Take care.
