Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about a 36 year old female having fibromyalgia and slight bubbly feeling around breast and heart area; wants to know whether this will go away or means a beginning of something wrong?
Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
Is the feeling more like a pain or discomfort or you can feel heart beats called as palpitations?
Any increase in symptoms on moving the arms?
Any past history related to heart or lung problems?
Which part of the area is affected by fibromyalgia?
Any other information please.

Brief Answer:
Most probably fibromyalgia or costochondritis, EKG to be on safe side.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
The commonest cause of fibromyalgia is stress and anxiety related issues. This in addition can cause symptoms like you have now.
Most probably mild form of fibromyalgia or costochondritis.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Take rest, avoid stress and anxiety.
Get an EKG, to be on a safe side.
Wait and watch.
Take any medications that help you for fibromyalgia and this problem may go away.

I hope this answer helps you.
