Brief Answer:
steam inhalation and antihistamines..

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

How long have you been having this problem?

The symptoms you have could be due to a viral infection or allergy. Dizziness and weakness are related to it. I will suggest to start antihistamine medications tab zyretec once daily. Steam inhalation will also help you. If necessary, decongestant either oral or nasal applicant can be used to ease symptoms.

I will not be overly worried. Usually symptoms will settle down by a week.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
