I am sorry that your child has a problem with her defecation even if you try to give her a massage, bicycling, and warm bath but still not help. I would like to have confirmation questions. Does your child breast feed only? Did your child pass meconium? At first breastfed babies may pass stool often since breast milk is easy to digest. However, once your child is between 3 to 6 weeks old, they may pass a large, soft stool once a week and sometimes can be less. If your child uses the formula fed she could pass stool more frequently than breast milk. So if she is not crying because of not poop no worry about it you can wait and see. If your child does not poop more than 14 days you may give her some anus stimulation or some juice to help her to poop.
