Brief Answer:
Melasma. Sunscreen and skin lightening cream

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have read your query, viewed the image and here is my advice.

You have Melasma. Firstly, I would suggest that you use a broad spectrum sunscreen during the day (SPF 30 or 50) e.g either Suncros Soft Sunscreen or Photostable Sunscreen. Reapply every 2-3 hours. At night you may use a kojic acid and hydroquinone preparation e.g either Radant Lite cream or Kojiglo forte cream or Depiwhite cream on the affected skin.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance
Note: Hope the answers resolves your concerns, however for further guidance of skin related queries consult our Dermatologist.Click here to book a consultation
