Brief Answer:
Possible symptoms of free-floating Anxiety

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am,

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your attached query in detail.

These symptoms are due to uncorrected anxiety symptoms.

It's advisable to start anxiolytic medications at the earliest for adequate symptomatic control.

I generally prescribe oral medication of a group of drugs called SSRIs like Escitalopram and another group like Pregabalin for adequate control of your symptoms.

Please check with your physician if he/she shares my opinion and if can prescribe these medications to you.

Post your further questions if any.
Thank you
