Brief Answer:
Stimulants may help in some patients.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor " service.

I have read your query and here is my advice.

Up to now, there's no proven treatment for chronic fatigue syndrome.

Behavior therapy and graded exercises are largely used as treatment modalities.

Stimulants such as Methylphenidate use at a dose of 2 x 10 mg/day was found to be effective in relieving fatigue and concentration disturbances in a minority of chronic fatigue syndrome patients.

You should discuss with your Doctor for this possibility.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
