Brief Answer:
Not possible to advise any prescription medicines, can try benadryl for now

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service.

The vertigo or dizziness could be due to a vestibular problem and needs to be confirmed by clinical examination.

You can wait till tomorrow to consult your neurologist or else you may try Benadryl (chlorpheniramine) for, it will act as a vestibular sedative and relieve vertigo till you can consult your neurologist.

Hope this will help you for now.

Best wishes.
