Brief Answer:
Recovery time cannot be predicted

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I saw the MR Angiography report of the Brain.

As per the report, first MR test was.done.on 4th October and 2nd MR report that is attached now is that of 10-10-2018.
There were 2 Infarcts, one is Frontal lobe and the other in Parietal lobe. The infarct in the Frontal lobe didn't change it's size from 4th October, 2018 to 10th October. But, the infarct in the left Parietal lobe has increased in size from 4th October to 10th October.
Because of the involvement of these lobes, the symptoms that you have described are present.
Inspite of regular treatment,it may take some time for complete recovery. It will be gradual. I am sorry to say that exact time of recovery can't be predicted.
Nothing to worry.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish him good health and speedy recovery.
Regards
