Brief Answer:
Need more details...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Painful nipples can occur with multiple conditions. Trauma, infection and dryness are the common causes. There are few other causes too. It's difficult to know the cause without full clinical history and examination.

May I know since when did you have the pain?
Is it one side or on both side?
Is it present through out the day or only at times?
Is there any discharge or bleeding from the area?

For now, if the pain is severe and persistent, you may try antiinflammatory pain medicines like diclofenac to ease the pain.

Awaiting your response...

Regards
