Question: hello, radiologist sees sma syndrome in 3 ct scans (1 is angiography) 1 ultrasound and 1 upper gi.would you suggest surgical repair?

The radiology report attached by you show obstruction in the artery supplying small intestine.
This would be cured by surgery.
Surgery would restore the blood supply to the area which is blood deprived due to clogged vessels.
