I have gone through your query and have reviewed your attached Image.

As per your image it seems to be an Abcess / boil.
It may be due to wearing of improper or hard shoes. It may also occur due to some minor injury.

For pain you can take Tab Acetaminophen. Also you may require antibiotics like Amoxclav 625 mg twice a day for 3 days after physician consultation for complete resolution of the access.

Mean while you can do hot fomentation to the site and you should wear soft footwear.

Keep your self well hydrated.
