Hello, I Wanted To Ask A Question. About A Month

Question: hello, I wanted to ask a question. about a month ago, I had sex, and after, I noticed that there was blood inside of the condom. this did not happen again for some time, and I was vigilant about making sure that it was not happening. a few days ago, it did happen again, while I was having sex (it happened with the same person). coincidentally, the condom that I was wearing also broke. I am concerned about the fact that both of those things took place. could you please give me some insight into if this is an issue. if it is an issue, I would then ask you what, if anything, I would need to do about it. thank you for your time.

Brief Answer:
Could be due to dry vigorous sex

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted sporadic incidence of Hemospermia that you had while having sexual intercourse with same woman twice strongly suggest that it could be due to dry vigorous ,forceful sex. However possibility of other common factors that cause Hemospermia have to be ruled out .

I shall be happy if you can post me more details to help me in making precise comments
1)Do you have any other urinary symptom like Painful urination ,frequency for urination ,pain in pelvic or perineal region etc.?

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4) Semen examination and culture

.Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

In the mean while start taking antibiotic like Doxixycline and anti inflammatory drug like Brufen or Diclofenac twice daily .

Ensure to drink more water .

Avoid sexual encounter with the same woman till the diagnosis is established .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
Possibility of STD can not be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .

Since having no urinary symptoms it is unlikely to have STD however in view of condom being broken during sex and if you are not sure about STD status of a female partner whom you had sex with I would suggest to get STD tests done .

Thanks and Regards.
