Brief Answer:
She can take i pill,if they are her fertile days.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

As she is breast feeding her baby and unprotected sex happened. It is better to take I pill, to prevent pregnancy.
But before taking I pill, please give me some information regarding her menstrual cycle (they are regular or not) and which cycle day it happened.

Hope to hear from you soon, feel free to ask more information.
