Thanks for posting your query. You can take
Cap. Ganaton total once a day before food for 1 month after breakfast.
Adequate fluid intake around 3 to 4 lts per day. Lots of curds and buttermilk. Small frequent meals. No fasting or feasting. This should help tour acidity symptoms .
