Brief Answer:
Differential diagnosis and approach

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. Your headache is severe in morning, settles by afternoon. Such kind of headache can be due to

- Tension or stress headache

- Chronic sinusitis

- Eye disease like refractive error, astigmatism

- Anaemia

- Mass lesion in brain like tumor, vascular malformation

To differentiate between these, you need to consult neurologist for history and examination. Few check ups are needed, like

- visual acuity and eye examination

- Haemoglobin level

- MRI brain

- X ray of paranasal sinuses and examination of sinuses

This will confirm the diagnosis. You can send me the reports. I will guide you further.
If you have any doubt, do let me know.
Hope it will help you. Thanks. Take care.
