How Can Brownish Green Stool And Severe Pain Be Treated?

Question: fell on my back on cement floor X-rays showed spine ok i am taking hydrocodone/apap for pain for 14 days and my poop is brownish green could this be from the pain medicine, I still am having lots of pain the poop does have what looks like small flakes in it. i have to take stool softeners and miralax and some laxative some because of constipatuon from medicine

In case of hair line fracture of pelvis, bed rest is needed for proper healing in addition to the pain killers to control the pain. The greenish poop indicates a poorly digested food- can happen due to laxative overdose. This can also happen due to the effect of pain medicine. Do avoid all the painful movements and the pain should subside gradually in 2-3 weeks after which you can reduce the frequency of pain medicine as per your need.
