Brief Answer:
Regarding pigmentation

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

For pigmentation, use an exfoliating cleanser e.g the one with glycolic acid and salicylic acid. Apart from that you may use a cream with depigmenting action containing ingredients like kojic acid, 4 butyl resorcinol, alpha arbutin, sabiwhite, lumiskin etc. Protrct your skin from sun. Use a broad spectrum sunscreen, throughout the day, specially outdoors. These are prescription products and you must use them under supervision and guidance of your local doctor. There is potential for irritation if not used as recommended.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
