Brief Answer:
May be due to nerve compression. Please see detailed answer.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, It may be due to nerve compression.

Please let me know do you have tingling or numbness over lower limbs, joint pain, backache, injury?

To confirm diagnosis I would suggest you to do MRI lumbar spine with whole spine screening, nerve conduction studies, serum calcium, vit D and B12 level after detailed medical examination and spine surgeon opinion.

Till then for pain you can take tablet acetaminophen 500 mg every 6 hourly. Apply diclofenac gel with heating pads locally.

You may require tab. Pregabalin 75 mg and tab. Nortriptyline 10 mg after consultation. Avoid forward bending and squatting position. Use knee caps. Use support while walking.

Still in case of not getting relief, you may require nerve decompression surgery after consultation.

Let me know I can assist you further....

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
