Brief Answer:
Can be heart pain, angina pectoris

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
The chest pain on left side between breast and shoulder may be related to angina pectoris or heart pain. It may start with movement and stop when you stay still.
You may need to do an ECG test and an effort test first to check if this comes from heart.
Another possibility is that it can be muscle pain but you need to do ECG test first.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
