Brief Answer:
may be primary hyperhidrosis. Require further confirmation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I can understand your concern. Here is my advice.

As per your history, as all blood work up is normal,so I think it may be primary hyperhidrosis which may be idiopathic i.e. due to unknown cause.

Have you done blood sugar level and thyroid profile in blood work up? Kindly attach report images. If not done, please follow up with reports.

Along with excessive sweating, do you have chest pain, breathing difficulty, dizziness, palpitations, anxiety or taking any other medications? Kindly follow up with detailed history. This will helpful to rule out other causes.

Otherwise for primary hyperhidrosis, you can use antiperspirant spray like sweat block, armpit shield. Use loose clothing.

If it's ineffective then you may require Tab. glycopyrrolate 1 mg three times a day after physician consultation. Maintain proper hygiene.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Thank you.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam Kale
