Brief Answer:
There are significant st depressions

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It's a sinus rhythm and there are significant ST depressions in lead I II AVL and borderline ST elevation in AVR.
So there are changes in ECG, and patient needs echocardiography and may need further evaluation with TMT if echo is normal and angiography if echo is abnormal.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
