Brief Answer:
Following medicines for conjunctivitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Conjunctivitis is going around, and you need to be careful to not spread it further. Wash your eyes regularly with normal-cold water and soap (if soap doesnt irritate eyes).
Wash your hands often.
Do not give your used towel or handkershief to others.
use protective goggles
Avoid use of contact lens
Avoid touching eyes

Medicines: one of the following can be tried
- Moxiflox eye drops twice a day for 3 days ( antibiotic for bactrial infection, if whitish discharge from the eyes)
- Clear eyes redness relief eye drops (pocket pal) twice a day for 1-2 days or as required if redness is too much
- Srinetra eye drops twice a day for 3 days (ayurvedic formulation, to be used after Moxiflox 3 days regime is over and can be ordered from www.srisritattva.com)

It will get better in few days. If it gets worse, then see an eye doctor immediately.

Hope this helps. Let meknow if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr Vaishalee
