Hi there

Do you have pain at the back of the neck that radiates to the arms and hands?

Any numbness or pins and needles sensation?

Avoid bending neck forward or carrying any weights on shoulders. Use cervical pillow when sleeping. Apply warm packs to the back of the back and shoulders. Do neck stretching and strengthening exercises.
