Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
There is osteoarthritis of vertebra
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
There are some impingements of vertebral bone on the spine and nerves. The problem is more at lumbar spine (near the hip bone). The changes are not seen in upper spine.
If you are having too much pain and/or weakness in legs, then you may opt for surgery.
Otherwise I will recommend hanging exercise and isometric exercises for the lumbar spine. Hanging exercise can be done in a children's park and can hang from bar for few seconds at a time. Isometric exercises can be learnt from a physiotherapist. Do any exercise within your limit.
Do not lift heavy weight, avoid prolonged sitting.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
