You Clearly See The Foreign Body, I Need To Remove
Question: You clearly see the foreign body, I need to remove this asap, the original radiologist report is negative but i guess the radiologist misread or misinterpret the imaging. I remember the doctor jabbed me in my right thigh with a syringe so I really need the exact measurements of this forigen body.
*Rule out Foreign Body Right Thigh, in muscle tissues
The size of Foreign Body is 7mm by 1mm estimated, smaller than a grain of rice.
Please provide detailed measurements of superficial FB so surgeons can remove. Patient thigh in pain. Thanks”
Foreign body right thigh - subcutaneous 7 mm x 1 mm foreign body
Impression - approximate size 7 mm x 1 mm subcutaneous bio glass foreign body close to or inside muscles tissues in right thigh

I would like to say following with reference to your queries:
1. Glass syringe with needle does not leave any foreign body inside. Doctor giving you injection must have looked clearly at the needle to see if it is broken or not.
2. Needle being Stainless steel, is generally clearly seen in X rays .
3. Bio- Glass needles are not used in general. This you can see on ultrasound examination.
4. Ultrasound or CT Guided needle removal can be done under local anesthesia or under General Anesthesia if it is deep.
