Brief Answer:
About pleomorphic adenoma;

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
Pleomorphic adenoma is a benign tumor of the salivary glands.
In most of cases the prognosis is excellent after the surgical removal and when the biopsy confirms that it has been well- circumscribed tumor.
Rarely recurrences can occur, especially when the tumor is not removed totally or it has been extended beyond the capsule at the time of intervention.
Malignant transformations are very rare.
Hope the information will help.
Let me know if further information is needed.
Best wishes,
Dr.Mirjeta
