Brief Answer:
unfortunately, no, it is specific for urinary tract infections

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Unfortunately, it will not treat a sinus infection or any infection of the respiratory tract.

It will only treat infections of the urinary tract, it is specific to this area of the body.

If the sinus infection is bacterial, then you may need an alternative antibiotic for this. In many cases, the infection is viral and antibiotics are not required.
Medication needed may include- anti histamine/decongestant combination eg zyrtec d, allegra d, benadryl d.
Pain medication for any pain (anti inflammatory meds work best eg naproxen, ibuprofen) and a warm (not hot) compress to the face to help with drainage of the sinuses.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
