Brief Answer:
oral anti histamine and topical steroids

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

You can use an oral antihistamine along with a topical steroid cream.

The topical steroid should be mild eg hydrocortisone 1%.

eg of oral antihistamines are benadryl, claritine, allegra, zyrtec
Dramamine, which is normally used for upset stomach, is also actually an antihistamine as well.

If the use of the anti histamine and topical steroid is not enough then you may need a prescription for an oral steroid from your doctor.

The source of the reaction would need to be determined, so that you are not exposed again.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
