Why Is Pain In The SI Joint, Knees And Hip Worsening Despite Taking Baclafen Muscle Relaxant?

Question: I started taking Baclafen muscle relaxant a week ago for pain relief in si joint, knees pain, hip pain. Several times, but much worse tonight, I had pain to expand my ribs for breathing. The pharmacist said the Baclafen should help that, not make it worse. I am worried to take it, but it did help the sacro iliac joint pain before.
It was prescribed by the director of the pain center at Tufts hospital. Should I keep taking it or not? Do u think I should go to the allergist tomorrow or call the pain dr.?
