Question: my left leg is larger than the right leg in circumfrence. as if it is swollen

Inflammation is from the knee to and including the left foot.
No pain
Diabetes and high blood pressure and take medication for both
I am on a high dose of oxycodone for diabetic neuropathy in my calf to and including my feet.
On a scale of 1 to 10 for pain and 10 the most pain I am a 10

I recommend to get immediate medical assistance and get doppler ultrasound done for the lower limb to evaluate for the site of lesion.
