Could Mild Tingling, Burning Pain In My Lips, Gums And Tongue Be Due To Cold Sores?

Question: Hi, can I answer your health question? Please type your question here... Hi, I've been having a mild tingling, burning pain in my lips, gums & tongue for about 1 month & a half & it doesn't seem to be getting better nor worse. I've also had occasional very small, tiny sores inside my lips & inside cherks. They only last a couple of days.
Ive hsd hsv1 for around 20 years but I've never had cold sores.
What could it be? About 1 month ago I did go down on a woman while drunk.
Is It possible I might contracted oral hsv2? Again, I already had oral hsv1. Could an oral hsv2 infection be causing these symptoms?

Brief Answer:
Hsv2 seems unlikely, vitamin B complex deficiency & canker sores

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Chances of hsv 2 seems less likely.
According to your complaints it seems to be due to vitamin B complex deficiency along with canker sores.
I would recommend you to take supplements containing vitamin B complex and apply triamcinolone acetonide oral paste on the sores twice daily for few days.

I noticed the mistake I made by saying I've had these problems before doing oral sex on a woman I'd just met. The symptoms started after, not before having had sex with this woman.
We did kiss A LOT & like I said, I did oral sex on her.
Having fixed my typo, is your answer still the same?
I'm just checking
