Question: Why does my throat hurt when I breathe through my nose? I’ve had multiple nose surgeries to help me breathe through my nose, now that I can I’ve noticed my throat gets sore and hurts when I do it. How do I stop this?

Detailed Answer:
Hii. You may be having allergic rhinitis and pharyngitis which is inflammation of the nose and pharynx. As you have been operated multiple times and still you are having symptoms then it's mainly allegy which is causing inflammation of the nose and pharynx
Please consult an Ent surgeon and do a endoscopy to see the nose and the throat if there is any other pathology. Do a X ray paranasal sinus. If it comes out only allergy and acid reflux from the endoscopy then you need to start nasal spray, betadine gargle, omeprazole tablet. Drink plenty of water. Avoid spicy food,tea, coffee. Sleep after 2 hours of dinner. Do yoga and nasal breathing exercises. Please review if you have any queries.
