Based on the facts that you have posted I would state that it is not abnormal to wake up once at night to urinate .
It depends upon following factors
1) Time to go to bed after dinner
2) Time when you drank water last before going to bed .
3) Are you Diabetic or not
4) Time of having dinner
5) Whether you take alcohol ,coffee after evening

But it is not abnormal to wake up once at night to urinate .

Usually stop drinking water around 7 and in bed by 10. I use bathroom before bed.
