Question: I have nocturnal leg cramps, primarily in legs and feet. These

Brief Answer:
Get investigated as advised

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

A possibility of restless leg syndrome should be kept under considerations.
Please get a fasting blood sugar, iron profile, vitamin D, and vitamin B 12 levels done.

Pramipexole can be tried rather than diphenhydramine.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
