Detailed Answer: Hi, If you experienced to wake up with no heartbeat, I'd suggest to go to ER immediately and to run further tests : - EKG - cardiac echo - Holter monitoring - abdominal ultrasound to further evaluate your health status and identify any heart or blood vessels problem. If everything will result normal, no need to worry. Further evaluation with neurologist is needed. In case you drink alcohol frequently and/or if you use any illicit drug, those might be another cause. A further evaluation by an addictologist/toxicologist is needed.
