Brief Answer:
Insomnia

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand the concerns during the middle of the night.
Do you have any medical problems like heart disease?
Are they symptoms sudden appeared tonight or were gradually increasing?
Is something bothering you tonight that could have caused this sleeplessness. Sudden or unexpected mental agony presents this way with heart palpitations and cramps.
Why were you using seroquel 50mg as stated above? If you are suffering from major depression I suggest you to try calming down, leave your thoughts care free and meditate. Take deep breaths in and out very slowly and try increasing your concentration on some object or person that you like the most.
If you have medical problems I think you should rush to emergency for EKG.
