Brief Answer:
Hair treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Smoothening is best-suited for people who have wavy hair or frizzy hair. It makes hair feel soft, silky smooth and more manageable. Smoothening is not a straightening process. The results are short lasting however it does not damage hair as much as straightening.

Hair rebonding/straightening is suited for people who have very curly hair. It lasts longer.

Smoothening makes hair look natural soft, unlike the results from straightening that can give the hair a fake look.

In my view smoothening is always a better option than straightening.
