2) Though head is not fixed in your wife's case, it is likely to happen within next 2 weeks.

3) Once the head is fixed, the delivery pain starts after that continuing the chain of events till delivery.

4) When you visit your doctor with scan report, you can ask them to do stripping of membranes which is a procedure to help head get fixed and delivery pain to set in.

5) This is nothing serious and dont worry about it.
