Hello there

As per your medical query I would like to tell you that all the food stuff that is rich in vitamin k should be avoided and they increases the blood coagulation tendency. These are:

1. Spinach
2. Tomatoes
3. Green tea
4. Green leafy vegetables
5. Brussels Sprouts
6. Mustard greens
7. Cranberry juice
8. Alcohol
9. Fish especially Tuna
