Brief Answer:
It could be OCD.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for choosing "Ask a Doctor" service for your query,
Have seen your details and i appreciate your concerns,
Stomach and head are two different systems and are not linked to each other. It seems that it could be a sign of Obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD) in which a person feels the need to perform certain routines repeatedly (called "compulsions"), or has certain thoughts repeatedly (called "obsessions").
Panic attacks are also seen in patients with OCD.
I would suggest you to consult a Pyschiatrist/Neurologist for the same,
He would keep you on SSRI's which work by increasing levels of serotonin within the brain. Its a feel good hormone and is effective in OCD.
Along with it drugs like Clonazepam would be given to control panic attack.
I don't think that the problem is related to gut,
Hope i was helpful,
Follow ups are welcome,
Thank you!
