Question: Hi, I am 34 yrs and we are palnning for a baby since 8 months. I have two qusetions 1. Want to know what days will be the best for intercourse which can resulted in preganany. 2. After intercourse why sperm is came out from the ovary & what should we do

Sperms can live for 48-72 hours while eggs of females live from 12-24 hours.
Best chance of pregnancy occurs when you have sexual intercourse around your ovulation days.
Ovulation day falls midway( around 14th day ) of your menstrual cycle,if it is of 28 days.
You do sex as many as times leading from 3 days prior to ovulation,on the day of ovulation and 1 day after the ovulation.
It is perfectly normal for semen to flow out of vagina after sex.
The best way to increase the chances of pregnancy after sex is to ...
Avoid going to toilet for 15-20 minutes after sex
and
Remain lying on bed during this 15-20 minutes period,after sex.
