Hello,

the dosage for meclizine is 25-100mg per day in divided doses. Taking 50mg in one dose is acceptable so you can take another 25mg even right now, unless there is risk for interactions with other drugs. If you take other drugs too, please let me know about it.

The next dosage (besides the 50mg, if needed) should be taken several hours later though.
