Brief Answer:
Period duration will be 5 days in this case.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for follow up query.

Period bleeding should be continued after starting brown discharge. If it is stopped for 2 days and then bleeding starts, your period duration will be 5 days.

In that case, your D1 (first day) of cycle will be the day when your actual bleeding starts.

Hope, I have answered your query. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.

All the best and good luck.

Regards,
Dr S Patra
