Question: When I lay down at night on my right side, when I exhale I can hear squeaking from my lungs. I also have a crackle. This only happens at night. What the heck is going on and should I see someone?

To follow up:
1. There are no other symptoms during daytime.
2. Sitting relieves it
3. I don't believe it's altering my sleep patterns, it's just a small annoyance.

previous discussion.

My guidelines at present

- Do deep breathing exercises for 15 minutes before going to bed at night.
- Avoid spices, dairy fat consumption in dinner for a time being till recovery.
- Avoid sleeping immediately after dinner.
- Prefer left lateral and supine position during sleep.
- No medicines recommended at present
- Avoid air cooler or air conditioner if consuming at night.

* Follow up after 2 days or early as per the need.
