Question: What's wrong with my anus? Could it be psoriasis?

One scratch is like a drug. I just keep wanting to itch and itch. It almost feels good. It seems like no matter how much I itch, it Is never good enough. I do not observe any parasite, it is not dry, and it flares up after a wipe on the toilet but is not limited to only that. Iam wondering if diagnosis is possible through this picture...

Brief Answer:
Either dermatitis or psoriasis, topical steroid & antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
It could be either dermatitis or psoriasis.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg twice daily for 3-4 weeks.
This should help in resolving the issue.
Also wear cotton underwear, keep the area dry and clean and avoid harsh soaps.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
